We are dedicated to bringing you the most unique and high quality products being created today... Then, we take it a step further. The vast majority of our products can be personalized with a custom engraving of your choosing.
If you choose to customize a product be sure to leave the engraving instructions in the pop up window that appears after you've selected your engraving option from the drop down menu. Generally there is a $6 engraving fee per location of an item engraved. Some items engraving cost may vary slightly.
Please note that we will do our best to engrave items exactly to your specifications including engraving location. Due to technical and spacial limitations engraving will ultimately be up to our discretion and experienced professional judgement.
The default font and format is always what is shown in the listing picture. Engravings will be executed in small caps format unless you specifically type your engraving instructions in all large caps or specify lower case letters are desired.
Production Time and Shipping Policy
Production or processing time is the length of time from when you place the order to when we will have it completed and shipped. Due to order volume and the engraving process this can take up to 2 weeks. This varies due to seasonal demand. Listings may be individually updated to allow for longer production times. Additionally during holidays or heavy volume spikes we may flex to a 2 to 3 weeks production schedule. There will be a Holiday announcement at the top of this page to serve as notification. Please read the listing your purchasing to make sure this will not affect you. Also, assume that your order will take 10 business days to be on the safe side.
Shipping is the length of time in transit from us to you! Generally this will add another 2 to 5 business days. However, it will vary depending on several factors especially if it is an international shipment.
Incorrect ship to address provided: In the event that an incorrect shipping address is provided to us and the order is actually shipped to that address we will do everything in our power to have the package re-directed or returned to us for re-shipment. Package return can take 1 to 2 weeks and is completely out of our control. And re-shipment costs will be your responsibility. In the unfortunate event that the package is lost due to the incorrect address we are not responsible for a replacement. If you notice an incorrect ship to address prior to shipment please contact us with the correct ship to address at your earliest convenience. We will be happy to update shipping addresses.
Important note: We only read engraving instructions that you include in the engraving and notes section when we're about to engrave your order. Please do not include other important information such as the date you require the order in hand along with the engraving instructions. If you need an item urgently we may be able to offer rush processing and shipping. Please contact us prior to purchase through email (email@example.com) to confirm availability. Please include the date you need the order in hand and the ship to zip code.
Standard shipping includes shipping via USPS first class or priority mail. We do not offer signature confirmation. Items will be left in your mail box or at your front door. This is where the transfer of responsibility shifts to you. Upon purchase you are agreeing to this policy. If signature confirmation is desired please contact us prior to purchase to confirm availability.
Note: Larger orders of 3 or more items will typically (this is determined by weight and our discretion) go priority mail. This option also features insurance. Unfortunately first class mail does not.
What if my package shows as delivered but wasn't?
The worst case scenario is obviously that the package was stolen off of your front porch. The USPS scans each package at the point of delivery but it is still possible that your package was not stolen. You can file an investigation with the USPS by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS. When prompted state that you want to open an investigation or file a claim. Be ready to provide your tracking number. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance in the process.
Know your local & state laws before buying. We ship our knives world wide. If you order an illegal knife and it is seized at customs we are not responsible for refund or replacement.

Returns + Exchanges
Any items that are engraved with misspelling or contain damaged goods are eligible for replacement upon return. A picture may also be provided as evidence of a mistake or defect.
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to notify us of any problems.
If necessary please return the product within 21 days.
We stand behind our products and are unable to offer refunds upon return because of the permanent nature of the engraving and our inability to return the products to inventory. Upon purchase you are agreeing to this policy. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further details.
If you make a mistake in the engraving details and a correction is needed to be made we will be happy to make that correction so long as new engraving instructions are received prior to the personalization phase of your order. Please email email@example.com with the incorrect engraving and the corrected engraving instructions. Be sure to include your order number. We will do our best to make corrections immediately.
Please do not assume the corrections have been made until we confirm that the changes have been updated. If we do not confirm that the changes were received and made we can't be responsible for spelling errors. Proofs will not be provided prior to completion and shipment.
